KRYSTI NELLERMOE

Krysti has spent two decades designing immersive experiences that help people navigate uncertainty, build capacity, and find agency in unfamiliar terrain. In her day job she works for a global humanitarian aid organization co-designing emerging technology solutions with refugee newcomer communities.

Before entering humanitarian aid, Krysti spent over a decade leading experiential education programs across four continents, directing study abroad in El Salvador and Guatemala, and facilitating wilderness-based learning in China, South Africa, Canada, and the American West. This work shaped her understanding of how challenge, place, and community create the conditions for transformation.

She is a certified breathwork facilitator, trained in peace and conflict transformation, with an MA in International Studies.
