Our Queer Resilience programming is designed by and for LGBTQIA+ communities, drawing on the lived experience of our queer staff to create affirming, embodied spaces for connection. We recognize that many LGBTQIA+ individuals navigate chronic stress, marginalization, and limited access to culturally responsive care. In response, we offer body-based practices centered in breath, movement, and sensory awareness that support nervous system regulation, identity affirmation, and resilience. Grounded in what is often missing: safety, representation, and accessible tools for self-regulation, this work cultivates joy, belonging, and the freedom to be fully expressed in community.
