TARA
Tara Anderson is a Culinary Institute of America–trained chef who blends the science of nourishment with the art of hospitality. Raised on a farm in Western Kentucky, her “farm to table” upbringing laid the foundation for a career devoted to sustainable, purposeful food. As a former chef instructor in the culinary medicine space at UT Southwestern Medical School, she learned to champion food as a tool for healing, connection, and vitality.
