    GroundWork is a daily-use practice that fuses breath, upbeat physicality, and nervous system science to rewire your body and mind taught by Feral State Founder Sofia Gorder. Designed to optimize all 11 organ systems, this full-spectrum class boosts cardiovascular health, builds strength, increases mobility, and teaches you how to regulate and heal from within. Each day, expect a different blend of yoga, somatic fundamentals, functional fitness, and breath-driven movement meditation, all set to immersive sound and intentional lighting. Every session stimulates your internal pharmacy—releasing feel-good neurochemicals that fuel energy, clarity, healing, and emotional resilience, rewiring patterns of stress and tension.
