  • Breath Church: Recovery: This is not passive relaxation—it’s active recovery for modern nervous systems. If you’re exhausted but wired… active but not recovering… or sleeping without feeling rested come to  Breath Church Recovery with one of Feral State’s most innovative curriculum Designers; Allison Spehar. She  addresses nervous system overload. Rooted in the The Feral State Breath Church protocol this class retains the arc of a full workout while intentionally shifting the focus toward restoration, regulation, and deep recovery after a feel-good physical challenge. The experience is spacious and grounding, emphasizing calming breath–body integration, subtler movements, and precise somatic cueing that helps the nervous system recognize safety. Soundscapes, rhythm, and intentional pacing guide the body out of chronic stress patterns and into states where true rest, repair, and sleep become possible.

Designed to optimize all 11 organ systems, this full-spectrum class boosts cardiovascular health, builds strength, increases mobility, and teaches you how to regulate and heal from within. Each day, expect a different blend of yoga, somatic fundamentals, functional fitness, and breath-driven movement meditation, all set to immersive sound and intentional lighting. Every session stimulates your internal pharmacy—releasing feel-good neurochemicals that fuel energy, clarity, healing, and emotional resilience, rewiring patterns of stress and tension. Taught by professional dancer, yogi, and doula Sophia Cutrubus, this class is rooted in Feral State’s nervous-system-first approach, emphasizing deep release, regulation, and recovery—so you can move from effort into ease. Through gentle, intentional movement and longer-held postures, the practice supports meaningful change in muscles, fascia, and connective tissue while clearly signaling safety to the nervous system. Rather than striving or performing, we linger—listening closely, softening unnecessary tension, and allowing the body to recalibrate.

    This class is ideal for anyone seeking better sleep, emotional grounding, deeply nourishing embodiment, and a calm transition from day to night.

    Feral Power Yoga is designed to restore what modern yoga often misses. This breath-driven power flow redefines the Feral State Method through yogic language to build strength and mobility while actively retraining the nervous system.  Taught by Grace Riter: professional Dancer, Yogi & Dance/Movement Therapy Student. Rather than chasing poses or exhaustion, the practice emphasizes durable strength, joint integrity, and embodied control—the kind of physical intelligence that supports you not just now, but years from now. Through progressive sequencing, somatic cueing, great music, and intentional breath, you’ll move in ways that challenge the body while teaching it how to organize effort more efficiently. Myofascial activation, strength-building, and mobility work are woven into a power yoga that reconnects you to sensation, rhythm, and presence.

    The Birth Class @ Feral State is taught by a Certified Nurse Midwife, Hannah Sammons and is rooted in nervous system science, breath, mindfulness, and embodied movement. The class builds physical confidence, emotional steadiness, and internal trust during times of profound change. Through gentle, functional movement and breath practices, participants learn how to create space, regulate stress, and respond to intensity with presence rather than fear. While designed for birth and postpartum support, we welcome anyone navigating transformation—physical, emotional, or personal.

  • 3 hour: Guided Dance party,  breath journey, & sound bath to end. Drop in. Let go. Emerge transformed. Alchemy in the Dark is a breath-led, DJ supported movement-based ceremony held in total darkness. This immersive experience combines rhythmic breathing, sound immersion, and intuitive movement to recalibrate your nervous system, clear emotional residue, and tap into your body’s intelligence.

    In the absence of light, your awareness sharpens. Without the gaze of others, you move without performance—releasing tension, restoring balance, and accessing deep somatic connections that is actually just a really good time. Following this sweaty experience you’ll drop into a 1 hour breath session that will take you on a neurochemical journey, followed by a sound bath meditation

    Dance for Longevity is a rigorous and joyful movement class designed for adults 65 and up. Rooted in the principles of creative aging, this program blends music, dance technique, artistry, and community to promote whole-body health and lifelong vitality.

    Through expressive choreography and purposeful movement, participants work to improve:

    • Joint health, bone density, and muscle mass

    • Balance, coordination, and motor control

    • Brain plasticity and cognitive function

    • Mood, creativity, and emotional well-being

    • Cardiovascular health and stamina

    This class also supports recovery from neurological conditions, stroke, and hypertension, offering a safe, engaging environment to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.
