The Team
UNDULATION is a six-day immersion into the rhythms of the body, the breath, and collective living. This experience is designed for those longing to reconnect—with themselves, with others, and with the land—through movement, presence, and shared practice.
You’ll be guided through embodied exploration, conscious communication, and breathwork journeys that support clarity, resilience, and authentic connection. Beyond the workshops, we step into community—integrating with a local garden and school in the nearby village of San Ignacio—offering our time, care, and attention while learning what it means to belong beyond ourselves.
This is not a retreat you “escape” from life with. It’s one you return from more grounded, resourced, and alive—carrying tools, relationships, and insights that continue to unfold long after you leave.
