Nature, Play & Belonging
FIELDWORK balances effort and joy. Days are physical and full—surf sessions, ocean time, building projects, laughter, and rest. Teens are supported in working hard, taking care of themselves and each other, and learning how community actually functions beyond screens and performance.
Why FIELDWORK?
FIELDWORK is for teens who want to feel capable, connected, and relevant—not just successful. It offers a lived experience of leadership that is ethical, grounded, and relational, preparing young people to engage a complex world with integrity rather than fear or fragility.
