Designed for professionals working in or entering the public health space, this course centers on embodied learning — where breath, movement, sound, and creative expression are essential tools for both individual and collective healing.
Our live, in-person certification fosters a community of credentialed practitioners who learn together, teach one another, and evolve as experts in the field of integrative, evidence-based wellness practices.
This course offers a unique, experiential environment where participants actively engage with breath, music, movement and water. Students will gain tools to support mental, physical, chemical, and emotional wellness using integrative, somatic practices that promote healing and resilience.

Breathe & Respiration Foundations (Science-Based)
Learn evidence-based methodologies, and philosophies that influence physical, chemical, emotional, and psychological outcomes through conscious breathing and unconscious respiration.
Trauma-Informed Somatics
Apply movement, somatic experiencing, and body awareness to create chemical change, behavioral change, emotional processing, and physical optimization.

Explore the therapeutic power of vibration and sound for individual and communal healing.
Emerging Health Paradigms
Dive into the expanding roles of Arts in Health, Social Prescribing, and Integrative Medicine in healthcare.
Teaching Practicum & Ethical Business Models
